# Product Photo

It is possible to display a small product image on your documents. To do this you need to&#x20;

* activate the app 'Product Photo'&#x20;
* add an image to the product file
* activate a specific template that will display this image on your document

## Activating Product Photo

The option to display a product photo on your documents is something that first needs to be activated in BestInvoicing:

1. Navigate to the top right corner of the screen (email address) and select 'Apps and Integrations' in the menu.
2. Check the list of 'Apps and Integrations Related to Documents'.
3. Click the green button 'Activate' on the line mentioning 'Product Photo'.&#x20;

## Adding a Product Photo to the Product File

As soon as the app is activated, you can add a product photo to a product file.&#x20;

* Navigate to your overview of products
* Click the blue button 'View' on the line of the product you wish add an image to
* The product file will open: at the top right, an additional title 'Product Photo' appears
* Click this title to unfold the upload window: this is the place to upload your image (drag & drop)

The uploaded image will now appear in the product file:

## Activating a Template to Display Product Photos on Documents

In order to display product photos on your documents, a specific template needs to be activated.&#x20;

* Navigate to your email address at the top right corner of BestInvoicing and click it to open a menu
* Select 'Company Settings'
* Click the tab 'Templates'
* At the bottom of the page, select the template 'Classic With Product Photos' and click 'Activate Template'. This template will now appear at the top of the page, in the section of your active templates.&#x20;

When creating a document (proposal, invoice, ...) you now have to select this template. The photos that have been entered in the product files will appear on your document. Example:&#x20;
