# Other Currencies

The 'Other currencies' module can be activated if you want to invoice in other currencies such as GBP, USD, etc.&#x20;

1. Navigate to the top right corner of the screen (email address) and select 'Apps and Integrations' in the menu.
2. Under 'Apps and Integrations Related to Documents' click the green 'Activate' button next to 'Other Currencies'.

When the module is activated, a new field ('Currency') will appear in the section containing customer information, where you can choose from a menu of available currencies. The designation of other currencies is always done on customer level:&#x20;

Directly **in the customer file**, see the example below:

Or directly **when creating a document**, in the 'Customer Information' section:

For example, if you select 'Euro' for this customer, the price of products/services will appear in EUR instead of USD on documents addressed to him/her.&#x20;

When a document is drawn up in other currencies, the conversion rate will also always be mentioned in BestInvoicing, above the table with product lines:
